- Strong communication skills to collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff
- Ability to create engaging, individualized treatment plans for speech and language development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for Pre-K students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to foster communication and language growth
- Provide direct and indirect services through group and one-on-one settings at the Pickerington PK Program
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP development and reviews
- Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust plans as needed
- Communicate proactively with educators and families to ensure coordinated support
This contract position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with the chance to work on-site in a welcoming early childhood environment.
