Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Ohio Department of Education (ODE) SLP credential required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Strong background working with pediatric populations or within school settings
- Teletherapy experience highly valued
- Able to provide speech/language screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to K–12 students, addressing articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and progress
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities to optimize student access and outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all state, district, and federal requirements
