Qualifications:
- Active SLP credential with OH ODE certification required
- Experience in school-based, healthcare, or pediatric SLP settings is advantageous
- Proficiency supporting K-12 students with a range of communication needs
- Ability to deliver teletherapy services is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
- Adapt therapy to meet diverse student needs, including remote or in-person sessions
