Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity involves working with high school and post-secondary students in a collaborative and supportive district environment alongside a team of experienced SLPs.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
35 hours per week
2026–2027 School Year
Compensation & Benefits:
* $55-$65 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Position Details:
* High school and post-secondary student population
* Shared caseload model
* Collaborative team environment with 7 additional SLPs on staff
* School-based setting for the 2026–2027 school year
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
* Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
