Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team, preferred
- Ability to work effectively with students in K-12 settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and reevaluations to identify students’ communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Develop individual and group treatment plans to enhance communicative abilities
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
