Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP License or eligibility; SLP-CF applicants welcome
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but strong clinical fellows will be considered
- Familiarity with IEP process, documentation requirements, and evidence-based therapy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, write IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student needs are met
- Maintain all documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support the school’s inclusive learning environment
- Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices
