Pediatric Speech Pathology - Red Lion, PA

This full-time, on-site contract opportunity is suited for professionals passionate about making a meaningful difference in pediatric populations. Two positions are available for talented SLPs who enjoy working closely with students, educators, and families.
Responsibilities include conducting speech-language assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans, delivering direct therapy services, and maintaining accurate, detailed documentation. You’ll play a vital role in supporting communication and academic success for your caseload, collaborating with teachers and other school staff for comprehensive interventions.
Ideal candidates will bring skills and experience across a variety of settings—whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or have a background in healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy environments. Familiarity with school-based SLP practices is highly valued.
Qualifications/Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY eligible
- Pediatric experience, especially in school environments, strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and case management
- Ability to work independently—there are no assistants in this role
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
