Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Randolph, New York

This contract position is available for the Extended School Year (ESY), running from July 6 through August 14. Applicants should have experience or credentials in pediatric settings, schools, and healthcare, including SLP-CCC or be in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status. You’ll engage collaboratively alongside dedicated educational professionals and work to support student growth and communication outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Current SLP license or eligibility in the state
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Background working with pediatric and school-aged populations (K-12)
- Strong knowledge of speech-language therapy techniques within educational settings
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services for a range of student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Keep accurate and timely records per school and regulatory requirements
