Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Washington State SLP licensure or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help set goals for student success
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in school-based initiatives
