Step into an engaging onsite role supporting elementary students with speech and language needs for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time position provides the chance to work with 1-2 closely situated schools, where collaboration and access to lead SLPs are part of your day-to-day experience. Both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CFY or CCC accepted)
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Understanding of school-based therapy models and IEPs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Collaborate with school teams, families, and lead SLPs to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress notes, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week contract position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $45 to $53, based on experience.
