This position offers the chance to provide specialized speech and language services for a caseload of 31 students from diverse backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families, tailor interventions to individual student needs, and facilitate social and academic growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations, especially K-8th grade
  • Solid communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of working with diverse student groups
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and provide therapy in both individual and group settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in K-8
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
