School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Quincy, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience delivering speech/language services in school environments, ideally K-12
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency
- Bilingual ability in Spanish/English highly prioritized; fluency in other mentioned languages valued
- Compassion, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students across a variety of backgrounds and needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student achievement
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student goals
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
