Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Open to both Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Effective communication skills with students, families, and fellow staff
- A passion for supporting student growth and academic achievement
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based conferences
- Provide direct and consultative services to students in individual and group settings
