Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid MA Physical Therapist (PT) License required
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to a variety of ages and developmental levels
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to K–12 students in accordance with IEPs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborating with teachers and special education teams
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize AAC devices and other supports to facilitate communication for non-verbal students
  • Offer support and education to staff and families as needed
