Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cambridge, MA

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid MA Physical Therapist (PT) License required
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to a variety of ages and developmental levels
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to K–12 students in accordance with IEPs
- Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborating with teachers and special education teams
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Utilize AAC devices and other supports to facilitate communication for non-verbal students
- Offer support and education to staff and families as needed
