Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active (or eligibility for) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement customized treatment plans based on student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide evidence-based therapy
- Deliver group sessions as well as individualized intervention for students as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation for each student and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educational teams, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Monitor and adjust intervention plans based on ongoing assessment and student response
