Required Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license
- DPI certification (Department of Education) in hand
- SLP-CCC credentials confirmed (strong candidates completing CF may also be considered)
- Experience with school-aged children, ideally in elementary settings
- Skilled in assessment, IEP development, and providing direct therapy
- Comfortable working across building sites, as this role serves Aldo and Nicolet Elementary schools
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy and intervention to a diverse elementary caseload
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and timely re-evaluations as mandated
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with teachers and families
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of services and student progress
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and actively engage with campus staff
- Serve as a resource and advocate for student needs within the school community
