Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers to support classroom instruction and generalization of skills
- Communicate with families regarding student progress and strategies for support at home
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and multidisciplinary teams
