Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license and SLP-CCC credentials required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Familiarity with managing a speech and language caseload of around 38-40 students
- Strong ability to evaluate, diagnose, and provide comprehensive therapy to students K-12
- Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with diverse teams across different school levels
- Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring all documentation and case management is timely and accurate
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, and high schools
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and personal growth
- Maintain clear and concise records of student progress, in line with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and recommendations for student accommodations and modifications
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that celebrates student achievements and communication milestones
