Requirements:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain before start
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with school staff and families
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide both direct and consultative services, supporting academic success and social participation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise for student planning and progress monitoring
- Educate families and school staff on strategies that foster student development
