Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Either Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) through ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience or strong interest working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to adapt to individual student needs and varied school environments
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide direct therapy, conduct screenings, and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student growth
- Participate in team meetings and related school activities as needed
