Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
Role Responsibilities
- Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct one-on-one and small group therapy sessions onsite
- Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and families to support each child’s progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
- Provide recommendations and resources to staff and parents
