Ideal candidates possess:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience providing SLP services in schools or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with both onsite and teletherapy (VOCO) service delivery
- Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of 90 students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech/language assessments and developing IEP goals for elementary-aged students
- Providing direct therapy—either onsite or via telepractice—aligned with individual needs
- Collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participating in meetings and trainings as needed
