Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong skills in administering and interpreting speech/language assessments
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 90 elementary-aged students
- Ability to implement both onsite and teletherapy (VOCO) services as needed
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
- Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services in-person or via teletherapy platforms
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student achievement
