What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and specialists to ensure accommodations and modifications are in place
- Track student progress, adjusting interventions to help students reach their goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
- Offer ongoing support, guidance, and resources for parents and caregivers
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid (or eligible) state SLP license
- Background working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with IEP processes and familiarity with educational law
