School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Pottstown, Pennsylvania
Make an impact supporting students' communication needs as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract basis in a dynamic school setting. This role will allow you to use your clinical skills in an engaging environment while working closely with students, teachers, and other professionals.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Current, active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience working with pediatrics or within school settings preferred
- Strong assessment and IEP development skills
- Ability to provide both direct and consultative therapy services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized plans addressing communication disorders
- Contribute to student IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
