Qualifications:
- Current and active Virginia SLP license
- Certification in Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based therapy
- Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
