Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience appreciated
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Compassion, adaptability, and enthusiasm for fostering student development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated student support
- Track student progress using data-driven and evidence-based practices
- Provide direct and consultative services, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
