What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly within school or healthcare settings
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and documentation standards
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for New Hampshire
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency in accordance with students’ needs
- Design and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and monitor progress on IEP goals, providing detailed records and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
- Engage in parent and teacher consultations to support carryover strategies in the classroom and at home
