What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly within school or healthcare settings
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
  • Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and documentation standards
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for New Hampshire

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency in accordance with students’ needs
  • Design and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and monitor progress on IEP goals, providing detailed records and reports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
  • Engage in parent and teacher consultations to support carryover strategies in the classroom and at home
  • Stay updated on best practices through ongoing professional development
