This full-time contract opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week in person throughout the academic year, from August 24, 2026, to June 17, 2027.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Holds an active New Hampshire SLP license (NH Licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Direct, prior experience providing speech-language pathology services in school settings
- Knowledge of middle and high school student needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Experience with caseload management and multidisciplinary teams
- Must complete district-specific fingerprinting and background checks
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to students in middle and high school to address a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ eligibility and need for services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals in collaboration with team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress notes, and reports
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to guide student programming
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding communication strategies and supports
