Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist this school year in the thriving Portland area. You'll support students from elementary through high school, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple campuses. This is an on-site, contract position with a flexible FTE arrangement—you may opt to work at one location or combine assignments for a full-time schedule, with internal support available for optimal caseload management.
Role Highlights:
- Provide direct SLP services at Mountainside High School (.5 FTE), Findley Elementary (.6 FTE), or combine both for a full 1.0 FTE role, ranging from now through June
- Serve ISC programs at multiple campuses, including a dedicated full-time assignment from March 12, 2026, through April 22, 2026
- Work with diverse age groups from elementary to high school, supporting individualized education plans and collaborating with other education professionals
- Participate actively in team meetings, documentation, and progress tracking for your caseload
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology license
- Experience in school-based SLP roles strongly preferred
- Adaptability to work across different schools and age groups
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Communicate regularly with families and staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
