Starting as soon as possible and extending through June, you'll have the option to serve at one or more locations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in working in K-12 school settings
- Adaptable communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in students’ language, communication, and academic success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students aged PreK-12
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy, both individually and in group settings
- Serve Mountainside High School (.5 FTE), Findley Elementary (.6 FTE), or ISC Programs (1 FTE); combine as desired for full-time opportunity
- Manage a diverse caseload across multiple schools, offering a broad impact
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and document results to guide future interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the broader student support system
