Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Porter, Texas

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Texas SLP-CCC license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessment, and intervention planning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Outgoing, compassionate, and adaptable approach
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support general education and special education students as needed
- Attend and contribute to ARD/IEP meetings and professional development
