Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing a range of speech and language challenges in school-aged children
- Deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Document student progress, maintaining compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student support
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and reporting
- Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to promote speech and language development across environments
