Several contract opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are passionate about working in education and comfortable providing on-site services.

These roles span both part-time (14–21 hours/week) and full-time (35 hours/week) schedules, with the flexibility to combine part-time positions into a full-time assignment. You’ll be assigned to 1–2 school sites based on hours and preference, working with age groups ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active Florida SLP license
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school settings is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently in school environments
  • Strong communication, organization, and case management skills
  • Comfortable with credentialing (fingerprinting and on-site badge pickup required)
  • Dedication to engaging with diverse students and families

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing direct therapy and speech-language services to students assigned to your school(s)
  • Developing, implementing, and tracking Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborating with school staff and families
  • Offering resource therapy for various grade levels based on campus needs
  • Travel between Port Saint Lucie and Ft. Pierce may be required, depending on your assignment

Assignments Include:

  • Vibrant K-8 and elementary settings, including Tradition Lakes, Manatee K-8, C.A. Moore K-8, and White City Elementary
  • Supportive teams, small caseloads, and positive school cultures
