Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience within school settings, ideally working across different grade levels
- Strong knowledge of best practices in speech and language therapy for school-age populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and a diverse caseload efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to a mixed K-12 student population
- Caseload comprises 55 thirty-minute treatment sessions weekly (16 individual, 37 group)
- Provide therapy, assessment, and intervention in three different school buildings
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student educational planning
