Essential Qualifications:
- Current Maryland SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience delivering SLP services in school settings preferred
- Willingness and ability to work exclusively onsite; virtual or remote options are not available for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs across multiple school locations
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans focused on communication and language development
- Collaborate proactively with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and related records
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on progress and goal development for assigned students
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based practices and materials appropriate for school-age learners
