Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary and high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC) in a dynamic school district near Beaumont, TX. Your schedule will run Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 3:45pm, with a total of 37.5 hours each week. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload spanning both elementary and high school levels, allowing you to make a difference across multiple age groups.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience working in school settings, preferably handling various grade levels
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students on caseload
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough and timely records in line with school and district standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school-based professional activities
