Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Prior experience working in K-12 schools, preferably supporting both elementary and high school students
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Effective communication abilities with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for new referrals and ongoing evaluations
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster student success in the classroom setting
- Support students across both elementary and high school caseloads, adapting strategies for different age groups
