Essential Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
- Ability to manage and travel between multiple school sites
- Familiarity with IEP processes and progress documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to facilitating student growth in expressive and receptive language abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Deliver therapy in group and one-on-one settings according to student needs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reports for compliance
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals as necessary
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Advise on communication strategies and accommodations within the classroom environment
This contract position offers 37.5 hours each week, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent full-time schedule during the school calendar year.
