You will work closely with a caseload of approximately 50 elementary students in grades PK-5 who have primarily mild to moderate articulation and language needs. All students spend most of their day in a general education classroom and benefit from tailored pull-out or push-in therapy services.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in Oklahoma (SLP or Clinical Fellow accepted)
- Experience with school-aged children across K-12 grade levels preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, parents, and fellow therapists
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans focused on language and articulation
- Commitment to supporting students in the general education setting through inclusive therapeutic approaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students (PK-5)
- Complete assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Implement both pull-out and push-in service models to maximize student success
- Track progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
