Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Authorization or willingness to work in a school setting with children in grades PK-5
- Experience or strong interest in addressing mainly mild/moderate articulation and language needs
- Excellent collaboration skills to partner with general education staff and families
- Positive, adaptable attitude and commitment to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy in both pull-out and push-in formats, supporting each student’s individual needs
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEPs and progress reports
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all students, empowering them to participate fully in their general education classrooms
