What we’re seeking:
- A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain one
- ASHA CCC’s or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or genuine interest in working with pediatric populations in an educational setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your key responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and comprehensive assessments for students with a variety of communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech, language, and communication goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ learning and participation
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to address diverse student needs
- Monitor and document progress, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the overall support team
