Grades K - 5 Certified Speech Language Pathologist in Ponca City, OK

In this essential role, you will support a caseload of approximately 50 students in grades PK-5, primarily addressing mild to moderate articulation and language needs. Your services will empower students to thrive in their general education classrooms through both pull-out and push-in models, fostering their communication skills for academic and social success.
Qualifications required:
- Current certification or eligibility for certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CF)
- Experience or a strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to provide speech and language therapy using evidence-based practices
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the flexibility to adapt between push-in and pull-out service models
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery in a school setting
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy for students with articulation and language needs
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families
- Conduct speech-language assessments and document progress
