Certified Grades 6 - 8 School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Pawnee, Oklahoma

This full-time, on-site opportunity starts as soon as possible, providing crucial speech and language interventions during core school hours, 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Your caseload will focus on approximately 50 PreK–5th grade students with primarily mild to moderate articulation and language needs. All students spend most of their day in general education settings, and you will deliver services through both pull-out and push-in models, fostering inclusion and collaboration within the school community.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP state certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility)
- Experience or strong interest in working with students from PreK through 5th grade
- Knowledge of mild/moderate articulation and language interventions
- Collaborative mindset with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to elementary students in general education classrooms
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to support student progress
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs in both one-on-one and small group settings
