Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pollock, LA

Desired Qualifications:
- Active, valid state SLP license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
- Experience providing SLP services in educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills
- Adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and reporting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services to students in accordance with school programming
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and student evaluations
- Maintain up-to-date records and compliance with federal and state regulations
