Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Plattsmouth, NE

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Nebraska SLP-CCC license
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple student needs effectively
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted speech-language therapy to an assigned caseload of 24 elementary-aged students
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Track and report student progress, participating in IEP meetings as needed
- Contribute to a positive learning environment by supporting student communication and engagement
Position Details:
- Location: Weeping Water, NE
- Schedule: Part-time (15 hours/week), 3 days per week
- Caseload: Elementary students, 24 on caseload
