Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Plano, Texas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current and valid SLP license in Texas
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly within school settings
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
- CCC-SLP preferred, but clinical fellows are also encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Design and provide individualized therapy plans for students, ensuring alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student’s progress
- Document and report student progress, maintaining accurate records in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and supports to enhance student success
