Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Plano, Texas

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment-planning skills
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students ages 3–18
- Document progress, maintain records, and report results to parents and educators
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultative support and resources to teachers and families
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic, student-focused team
