Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Dallas, Texas

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.
- Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage caseloads efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with suspected speech, language, or communication difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Deliver speech-language therapy through individual and small-group sessions onsite.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports in compliance with school requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional insight to the educational team.
