Qualifications and Experience:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience delivering speech and language therapy in elementary school environments (K-5)
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all services provided
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
