School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Placitas, New Mexico

We are seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy and evaluation services to students across elementary and secondary levels. This role offers a consistent schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week with a caseload of 40-50 students, allowing you to build strong, meaningful connections throughout the school year.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for, or current possession of, NM RLD and NMPED licenses (support provided as needed)
- Comfortable working with a diverse school-age population
- Open to both licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), fostering professional growth
- Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and IEP documentation
- Collaborative spirit and effective communication with students, families, and school teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Serve students at both elementary and secondary levels
- Maintain detailed and timely records of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing learning opportunities
