Speech Language Pathologist in Pittsford, NY

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP license; consideration for SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
- Experience working in school settings (K-21 preferred)
- Strong understanding of speech/language evaluation and intervention methodologies
- AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across designated age ranges
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care
- Support diverse student needs, including students with varying abilities and communication requirements
- Contribute actively to school-based teams and participate in IEP meetings
