Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Reading, PA | 2026–2027 School Year

Position Overview
- Location: Reading, PA
- Assignment: 2026–2027 School Year
- Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week
- Caseload: Elementary School Students
- Employment Type: W-2 Employee
- Pay Rate: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- Work Setting: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Pennsylvania Department of Education credentials and clearances as required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- School-based experience is preferred but not required
